From the lounge there is a large conservatory that leads onto an attractive south-facing garden. The morning room is normally used for serving and enjoying the pleasures of leisurely breakfasts. It has a dining table and easy chairs in which to sit and spend time reading the morning newspapers. From this room French windows lead onto the garden. |

| The luxury kitchen has absolutely everything that is required to ensure a comfortable stay, including a refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher and microwave etc. There’s even a breakfast bar where one can enjoy a mid-morning coffee. The stately dining room with quality furnishings features a huge floor to ceiling picture window looking onto an attractive shrubbery. The ground floor also has a cloakroom with WC. Upstairs there are four bedrooms. The stunning master bedroom with its own en suite shower cubicle and WC has a comfortable double bed with provision for an additional single bed or cot if required. The second bedroom also has an en suite shower-room and WC and fitted with twin beds. The third bedroom is fitted with a double bed with again the provision for and additional bed or cot if required. The fourth bedroom has twin beds and accessed through bedroom 3 making it ideal for use as a family complex. There is a large bathroom with bath and separate shower cubicle that is shared between the third and fourth bedrooms. |
