THE VILLAGE OF CALDECOTT

There’s a wealth of things to see nearby, including the historic Rockingham Castle, commissioned by William the Conqueror, Eyebrook reservoir, internationally renowned for trout fishing and Rockingham speedway, home of NASCAR motor racing in Europe.
With much of the farmland around the village under the control of the Countryside Commission the area is absolutely ideal for those visitors wishing to walk through the unspoilt landscape in this special part of rural England.

Caldecott village has two pub / restaurants only a short walk away from the cottages, both serving quality food and fine ales.
